The 1937 Irish Constitution, Bunreacht Na hÉireann, is an all-island Constitution for all of the men and women born on this land.
However, the "United Ireland" agenda is being used to destabilise Éire and take the opportunity to bring in a new (possibly digital) Constitution. There is no need for a new Constitution, as De Valera and our forefathers already made provisions for this outcome in An Bunreacht 1937.
The people of Éire can choose to be united without the need for losing our national identity and emblems.
"An all-party committee has called for preparations for a united Ireland to begin 'immediately' "
Where is the Government opposition so that there is complete discussion on proposals?
The majority of the country's current immigrants have Allah as their God, in accordance with the Muslim faith.
Will this give rise to further dilutions of our Constitution, as the 'GOVERNMENT OF IRELAND' bends over backwards to welcome 'diversity'?
What safeguards will the Government of Ireland put in place to prevent the extremism that is associated with Sharia law, the fundamental religious concept of Islam from destabilising the native traditions?
Will this mean that the indigenous Irish people lose their status, in favour of a fervent belief system?
Martin O'Muilleoir is calling for a dilution of the Irish identity
As an ex-Sinn Féin minister, Martin O'Muilleoir is saying that the Irish flag and Amhrán na bhFiann, the Irish National Anthem, the country's name, Éire, should all be replaced so as not to offend the Unionist / Presbyterian population of Northern Ireland.
This is at least the fourth senior Sinn Féin representative that has publicly called for this.
It seems strange to consider that these would be the main points of contention for the Unionists/Protestants after so much conflict since 1969! The Protestants haven't been publicly vocal about these particular points.
What is the real reason behind Sinn Féin's push for Constitutional change and removing the symbols of Irishness that they used at every funeral and memorial for more than fifty years.
Are the Nationalist political parties in the North seeking to appease the now Unionist minority once again by putting conditions on the twenty six counties so that they can be included in future unification of the national territory of Éire?
Sinn Féin will not call the State by its name.
"The name of the State is Éire, or, in the English language, Ireland," declares Article 4 of the Irish Constitution though not for Sinn Féin for which Ireland is the politically divided island and not the State.
Neither will the party use the Republic of Ireland, or the Republic for short. This is, according to the 1948 Republic of Ireland Act, the description of the State though not its name.

Points to Consider:
On July 5th 2024, for the first time in over one hundred years, Sinn Féin has been returned as the party with the largest number of representatives for Westminster, with a total of seven seats. This is the first time this has happened since the creation of the statelet of Northern Ireland.
In previous years Sinn Féin members have abstained from taking their seats in the foreign parliament of Westminster on the principle of that they are an all-island Nationalist Republican party.
They will be required to swear an oath of allegiance to the British 'Crown' to take up their seats.
The aim of this website is to educate Irish men and women on their rights and to have them question their preconceived ideas on their powerlessness in this regard, when in essence it is the people of Éire (Ireland) who truly hold the power. It is not legal or lawful advice.
