'The Constitution Hour' is a 12-part audio series designed to educate you on your fundamental rights as Irish men and women, and inform you on the constitutional positions of 'Éire', 'Ireland', and the 'Republic of Ireland', and their respective jurisdictional powers in Irish Courts of law. It is designed to empower you in seeing the true social order of society as set out in An Bunreacht 1937.

The true hierarchy is as follows:

God: Natural Law

V

Men & Women / Nation

V

State / Government

V

Civil Servants / NGOs

In this audio series we go through some key articles so you will hear for yourselves how Irish law protects your inherent rights, which are guaranteed by the State within Bunreacht Na hÉireann (1937). For those men and women who are prepared to go on a journey of exploration, you will discover the simplicity of Irish law in this short and beautifully written document. It will benefit you greatly to download An Bunreacht so that you can follow along with the discussions.

Within this series you will hear simple laws, backed up by citations and rulings from 'The Irish Constitution, JM Kelly' books series of case law, and other official text books of national and international law.

The Constitution is the rule of law for the territory, Éire, and it is set out in the order of governance. The fact remains that An Bunreacht 1937 is codified and enrolled in the offices of the registrar of the Irish Supreme Court and is conclusive evidence of the provisions of this Constitution.

Constitution Analyst

Mark-Anthony, (aka Mouse), discovered An Bunreacht 1937, The Irish Constitution, in an online bookshop in April 2021. Having also bought the 1919, 1922, 1942, 1972 and 1999 Constitutions, he started to compare these documents and see the vast differences between them. This brought him on a journey of discovery, taking in Irish case law, both earlier provisional Irish constitutions, and subsequent versions (which are 'working definitions' of the rule of law). He has been empowered by the simplicity of Irish law and has been on a mission to empower others to know their rights since 2021.
